Refunds and Returns Policy

At saavysil, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our sealing products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product in accordance with the terms outlined in this Refunds and Returns Policy. 2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The product must be in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
3. Timeframe for Returns
You have 30 days from the date of receipt of the product to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the product.
- Ship the Product: Pack the product securely in the original packaging, include all parts and accessories, and ship it to the address provided in the return instructions. Be sure to include the RMA number on the package.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Shipping Costs for Defective Products: If the product you received is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately upon receipt of the defective product.
6. Refunds
Once we receive your returned product and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- Approval: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
- Rejection: If your return is rejected, we will notify you via email and the product will be returned to you.
7. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- The product is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- The return is initiated more than 30 days after delivery.
8. Exchanges
