ADDITIONAL DETAILS
MIXING:
No mixing or thinning required. Product is ready-to-use. Stir gently before application. If a thin skin forms on top, remove and continue using.
APPLICATION:
Apply with a medium nap roller (3/4”–1”) or brush. Ensure uniform coverage at 16 mils thickness. No primer is required for most substrates, including metal, concrete, fiberglass, EPDM, and TPO. For maximum durability, apply two coats. A second coat may be applied between 8–48 hours after the first coat.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS:
Surface and air temperature should be between 40°F and 95°F. Do not apply if rain is expected within 24 hours. All surfaces must be completely dry and free of standing water before application.
SURFACE PREPARATION:
Clean and prepare all surfaces thoroughly. Remove dirt, dust, oil, grease, rust, oxidation, loose coatings, and other contaminants. On metal, use a wire brush to remove rust or oxidation. Pressure washing with detergent-based cleaning is recommended. Surface must be fully dry before application.
DRY TIME:
Touch dry in approximately 1 hour (depending on temperature and humidity)
Foot traffic: 24 hours
Full cure: 7 days for maximum durability
CLEAN UP:
Clean tools and equipment with mineral spirits before the coating cures. Once cured, removal is mechanical only.
COVERAGE:
1 Gallon: Up to 100 sq. ft. at 16 mils thickness

KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Wear protective gloves, safety glasses, and protective clothing.
If ingested, do not induce vomiting — call poison control immediately.
Product may become slippery when wet. Avoid overspray on glass, windows, or non-target surfaces.

SHELF LIFE & STORAGE:
Store in the original unopened container between 50°F and 90°F. Protect from freezing. Shelf life: 12 months.
LIMITATIONS:
This product is not intended as a traffic-bearing surface. Avoid applying to wet or frozen substrates. Performance and longevity depend on proper surface preparation and correct application.
